Financial documents
Open books, clear answers.
Donors, families, and partners should be able to see how a nonprofit manages money. We make our key documents available and welcome questions.
What we publish
PWI maintains the records expected of a California nonprofit and a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. The documents below are available for review:
- Annual IRS Form 990 filings
- Audited financial statements
- The IRS determination letter confirming 501(c)(3) status
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30. Each report reflects that period, so a filing labeled for one year may include activity that began in the prior calendar year.
How to request a copy

Why transparency matters
Employment support depends on trust. A family needs to know that a program is stable. An employer needs to know that a partner will be around next year. A donor needs to know that a gift will be used as promised. Publishing financial information is one way we earn that trust.
Questions about a gift or a record?
Our development office can help with donation records, receipts, and grant information.
