Partnerships With Industry (PWI) is dedicated to finding meaningful employment for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities living in San Diego County.
PWI has a long history of serving people with a wide range of disabilities, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. If you are determined to work, no matter what skills or experience you currently have, PWI would be honored to work with you to find meaningful and lasting employment. Not just any job, but a job that you will enjoy and excel in. Upon first enrolling in our services you will be assessed for your skills, talents, strengths, and challenges. Together we will make a vocational plan, and create step-by-step milestones to help you find meaningful employment here in San Diego.
