Outsourcing Solutions
Send project work or recurring tasks to a PWI crew. We plan the job, train the workers, supervise the work, and check quality. You get the output without adding payroll and supervision to your own team.
Employee Leasing, group services
A small PWI crew works at your site under the supervision of a PWI Employment Training Specialist. The arrangement fills gaps in roles with high turnover or tasks that are not getting done. The specialist is provided at no additional cost to you.
Direct Hire, individual placement
Hire an individual directly into your team. PWI screens and prepares the candidate, provides coaching at the start, and steps back as the employee becomes independent. The role is at least 15 hours each week with a competitive wage and benefits.
