Information you choose to send
The contact, feedback, volunteer, and application forms on this site ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. The forms prepare an email in your own email app. The information is sent only when you choose to send that email.
Please do not send private medical records, a Social Security number, or financial account details through a general website form. If we need sensitive information to provide a service, we will explain a safer way to share it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the hosting provider may record basic technical information such as the pages requested, the date and time of a request, the browser type, and the referring page. This information helps keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. If a third party service is added later, this page will be updated to describe it.

PWI does not sell personal information.
